Return & Refund Policy

We guarantee all products from Herbco are brand new and first class quality from their manufacturers. Therefore, we DO NOT accept any return from customers UNLESS it is damaged or defected during transit. Please notify us within 24 hours from the moment you receive the goods and find that it is damaged or defective. Failure to do so will be treated at your own risk, Herbco will not be responsible and accept any return after that.

Return Procedures

For customer requesting the return / refund, please make sure you follow the procedures below to ease our process and expedites your replacement/refund:

  1. Notify us through e-mail at hello@herbco.com.my OR whatsapp us at +6018-3898673 within 24 hours.
  2. Specify the following details in your e-mail / WhatsApp message:
    • Date and time you received the products
    • Order Number
    • Product picture
    • Prefer replacement or refund
    • Reason for the Replacement or Refund
  3. Obtain a “Return/Refund Authorization” from Herbco via e-mail / whatsapp message.
  4. The returned product must be in NEW and UNUSED condition, with all ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
  5. The return MUST be sent to:

If due to manufacturer defect / product quality reasons, the returned product will be sent to manufacturer/supplier for investigation before any replacement or refund can be made.
