Delivery Policy

Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the address specified in your order and shall be automatically calculated upon checkout. Any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate only. Deliveries will be made either by our Herbco driver (applicable to Klang Valley only) or any third party courier services. Please allow at least 3-5 working days after payment has been made to process payment and schedule the delivery to the address specified in your order.

Buyers are required to sign upon accepting the Goods. Buyers are responsible to be readily available to receive the goods if in any case the Goods were to arrive earlier or later than the expected delivery time frame. If there are any specific timing or conditions for delivery, please inform us immediately upon placing order.

We deliver to whole of Malaysia. Delivery is free within Klang Valley for orders above RM 100, and free within the whole of West Malaysia for orders above RM 150.

International Shipping

When ordering from Herbco, you are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of Malaysia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Herbco has no control over these charges, nor can Herbco predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
